The process of forming and development of relations between business partners is the object of research. The theoretical and methodical bases of forming and development of relations between business-partners on the basis of authentification of value of relations from positions of both parties consist the subject of research. Research methods: the comparative and system-structural analysis, systematization and generalization, structural-logical, method of expert estimations, grouping and economic analysis. The semantic model of evaluation and development of relations between industrial enterprises, which provides possibility to identify the key factors of forming and developing of relations between business-partners taking into account positions of both partners, to estimate the attractiveness of business-partners, is developed. Got consequent development methodical approaches to the evaluation and development of value of relations between industrial enterprises. Methodical positions are improved in relation to grounding and realization of innovative-investment projects. Results are implemented in activity of machine-building enterprises, organs of executive power, and in the educational process.
