Pavlenkova O. Clinic-laboratory basis of tactics of 2 class after Black caries cavities preparation for modern filling materials.

Thesis is devoted to elaboration and basis of efficiency increase of filling of contact cavities of lateral teeth on the basis of differential choice of preparation tactics in dependence on the selected filling material for patients with different level of oral hygiene and the caries intensity. In the conditions of experiment edge it has been estimated that permeability on the "filling-tooth" border depends on tactics of preparation and using of filling material. With the aid of holographic interferometry method on the models of natural teeth it has been determined values of deformations' difference, which depend on tactics of preparation and used filling materials. The examination of 115 patients and the treatment of caries of 2 class after Black have been performed. The elaborated by us differentiated approach to the tactics of preparation of hard tissues defects of 2 class after Black depending on selected filling material has promoted to the reducing of filling edge adjoining disturbances and restorations and testifies the advantages of this approach.
