Kotlyarevsky Y. Organizational-economic mechanism of state regulation of medical services quality in Ukraine

Object of research: process of providing of high quality of medical services in Ukraine. Purpose: theoretical ground and working of methodical positions and practical measures on perfection of organizational-economic mechanism of the state regulation of quality of medical services in the conditions of market transformation of medical industry of Ukraine. Methods: history and logical; economic, financial, statistical analysis; systems analysis; scientific abstraction; expert estimations, descriptive design and generalization; prognostic. Results: the changes to conception of accreditation of medical establishments in Ukraine are offered. Novelty: directions of perfection of the state regulation of give of medical services are definite. It is inculcated in activity of organs of power and medical establishments of the Kharkiv region. Areas of use: of a particular branch administration, regional management, training and retraining of civil servants.
