Rtyschev S. Development of mining and ore-dressing production organizational technical level estimation method on the basis of power factors.

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical positions as well as practical recommendations about the organizational technical level of production estimation and development of its management mechanism on the basis of its constituents estimation method on the basis of power factors. In the thesis the economic essence and concept of "organizational-technical level of production" is researched, and also the theoretical principles of domestic and foreign scientists are generalized as to this task, the organizational-technical level of production estimation methods are analyzed; the trends of ore mining and processing combines organizational-technical progress are determined and analyzed. In theory it is grounded and the method of estimation of organizational technical level of production is developed, which differs from the existing by the application of the useful energy utilization, which is materialized in the active part of capital assets, and which is founded on the basis of the offered powerfactors use and allows to manage the production process. The approbation of the research acquired results and the realization of the developed recommendations will be instrumental in perfection of production organizational-technical level management mechanism, and also the exposure of production organizational-technical level influence on the decline of specific energy expenses in basic subdivisions of the ore mining and processing combines.
