Fomichenko I. Management processes of the mining enterprises' corporate structure information maintenance.

On the basis of studying the fundamental development trends of Ukrainian ore mining and smelting complex it is specified, that one of the main standbys of the given industry development is the increase of organizational-administrative efficiency of corporate structures which it comprises. The analysis of existing approaches to organization and evaluation of informational systems of corporate structures showed that, firstly, the time of data transmission is optimized; secondly, the ultimate function in most cases is the maximal economic benefit from informational system's implementation; thirdly, the streams management information support is reduced to creating an informational-logistical system. It justifies the necessity of studying the problems of specifying the methodology optimization of informational system's parameters, proceeding from the architecture of the information support, on the basis of the material, financial and informational streams' unity concept. On the basis of research it is proved, that the information support system optimization should presuppose specifying the informational, material and financial streams' optimal correspondence level. Proceeding from this, the optimum time lag of the informational stream should be the criteria for the informational-logistical system quality of corporate structure. The minimal integral costs of intelligence system architecture and maintenance should be the criteria for the optimization of the informational stream's time lag concerning the moment of mismatching in the management system of corporate structure.
