Kuznetsova N. Information technology and system of support of making a decision on the selection of personnel working under enhanced danger.

Research object: process of forming and making a decision about the professional fitness of personnels for implementation of works of enhanceable danger. Research purpose: upgrading making a decision during the leadthrough of professional selection of personnels on the basis of drawing on the complex of models, methods and information technologies in the conditions of vagueness with the use of psychophisiological qualities of applicants. Research methods: methods of analysis of the systems with the purpose of construction of adequate mathematical models, vehicle of fuzzy logic, method of development of bases of knowledges by extraction of knowledges from experimental information, methods and models for authentication of poorly formalize processes of professional psychophisiological selection, models of products for description of reflection of datains in the output structured sequence of information about a professional fitness. Scientific results: the unclear model of products of choice of alterna-tives is offered on the professional selection of personnels; method of ground of choice of alternatives on the selection of personnels for implementation of works of enhanceable danger by the use of genetic algorithm; method of the automated professional selection of personnels for implementation of works of enhanceable danger by application of neuron technology with the use of algorithm of «reverse distribution of error», which promotes quality of making a decision.
