Yagelska K. Management organization and the estimation of effectiveness of public relations at the enterprise

Object of the study is process of management PR on enterprise. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions, methodical and practical recommendation on estimation of efficiency public relations and organizations of management PR enterprises. Methods of research are gnoseologic of the analysis, logical generalization, analysis, syntheses, modelling, observations, interview, comparisons, analogies, deductions. Theoretical and practical results: shaping organizing-economic managerial system public relations enterprises and development of the criterion and methods of the estimation to efficiency PR-activity; recommendations on improvement of the organizations of management PR-activity enterprise. Novelty is development theorist-methodical basis of the estimation to efficiency PR and shaping organizing-economic managerial system public relations enterprises. Degree of the introduction by: JVC "Artemovskiy plant on processing the non-ferrous metals" and "Harcyzskiy trumpet plant", CVC «International Steel & Tube Industries Ltd.». Branch of application is metallurgical enterprises.
