An object is Process of treatment and transmission of images in the telecommunication systems. A purpose is development of methods of compression and regeneration of images with the set degree of authenticity for diminishing of total time of treatment and communication of data in the telecommunication systems, on the basis of the mixed polyadic encoding of lengths of series and colour coordinates. Methods are methods of theory of the difficult systems, mathematical statistics, structural analysis of images, probability and combinatorics analysis, information and connection theory, systems of treatment and reflection of information theory. Results - the methods of compression and regeneration of images are developed on the basis of the mixed polyadic encoding of lengths of series and colour coordinates.
