Essay

Dissertation is devoted to improvement of technical characteristics of tank-cars by development of their construction. The frameless construction of tank-car is proposed, that allows to solve a problem by decreasing of steel intensity, to decrease the centre of gravity of tank-car due to highest possible approaching of tank to shot frames, to increase the volume of tank with the aim to lead it to maximum volume in the framework of entering required external dimensions. Technical and economic characteristics of frameless construction tank-car are determined. Analytical model is described and simulator spatial oscillation is made up for tank-wagon, during its motion at isolated track irregularity. For the first time the simulator for determine and valuation of mode of frameless construction tank-car deformation was developed, that takes account of real state of body at moving of tank-car on track and allows to evaluate its strength properties with taking into account of dynamic loading. Calculation method of strength properties of tank-car is improved in the area of change forces at lean places body on bogies, taking into ac-count dynamic processes at ties between body and bogies. The simulator of mode deformation of tank-car is improved in the area of calculation loading forming depending on disturbance, acting from the direction of track. The simulator of spatial oscillations of tank-car is improved, that in contrast to existent simulators allows to evaluate as dynamic characteristics as strength properties. Special computer programs are developed by author in program complex ANSYS for carrying out theoretical treatments of tank-car body strength properties in dynamics. In the frame of carrying-out of European standards requirements a project of discharge device equipped by three shut-off devices for new-build tank-cars is developed.
