n dissertation the economic mechanism of enterprises competitive advantages forming at the milk market and dairy production in Zaporizhzhia region and in Ukraine in the whole has analysed. The results of research of theoretical bases and practical aspects of market functioning are expounded. On the basis of analysis of consumption, suggestion and process of pricing at the milk market of industrial region, and also research of mutual relations between the producers of milk and processing structures, in dissertation work the directions of the improvement of economic mechanism of market are substantiated at a prospect. The ways of increasing of competitiveness and profit of commodity producers taking into account prices and level of intensification of dairy specialization, concentration and quality of products have determined.
