Krempova N. Forming of budget of the Crimea Autonomous Republic

Dissertation is devoted to the research of processes of budget forming of the Crimea Autonomous Republic, its roles in providing of economic and social development of autonomy in the conditions of economy market transformation. Directions of perfection of the tax system are analyzed at the regional level. Essence of budget of the Crimea Autonomous Republic and features of its forming are considered. Author determination of budget's autonomy is given on the basis of generalization of existent scientific looks. Legislative and normative acts are generalized as to budgetary rights for the Crimea Autonomous Republic, the problems of their development are defined in the conditions of reformation of local self-government. Investigational sources of accumulation of budget revenue of the Crimea Autonomous Republic are researched; the optimum structure of autonomy budget charges is grounded. Conception the Crimea Autonomous Republic budget system forming of balanced budget is determined research inwardly of autonomous relations is carried out. In dissertation the model of prognostication of the tax entering is developed according the budget of the Crime Autonomous Republic for the future period. Dissertation contains the scientifically grounded suggestions as to forming of budget of the Crimea Autonomous Republic due to taxes, mobilized on territory of autonomy.
