Plaksin O. Efficiency increasing of leasing service of agricultural producers

Dissertation is devoted to theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of functioning of leasing relations subjects taking into consideration regional peculiarities of agrarian enterprises development. Leasing kinds classification on the basic of classification features has been made; investment function of leasing has been distinguished as a leading one in investment mechanism; economical essence of leasing in the context of defined peculiarities and advantages of a certain activity has been refined; objective and subjective factors, influencing leasing development in agrarian area, have been defined; necessity of balancing of duties and rights of lease contract parties during the lease contract life cycle has been substantiated; technique of comparative analyses of tractor units choosing at the first stage of lease contract life cycle has been proposed; economical and mathematical model of optimal machine-tractor park structure formation, providing more complete realization of leasers rights, fixed by normative and legal acts, and gaining defined economical effect, has been proposed; expediency of leasing usage for realization of investment project, that will provide minimization of state support of this direction and increase support of other spheres of agrarian branch and is valuable in conditions of memberships in WTO, has been substantiated; necessity and expediency of introducing changes and amendments, concerning regulations of leasing operations, to normative and legal base have been proposed in the dissertation.
