Zaritska I. A historical experience of development of Land Legislation in Ukraine (1917 - 1921)

The dissertation is a complex research of theoretical and applied issues of origin, formation and development of land legislation of different power regimes in Ukraine from 1917 to 1921. Methodological state apparatus was researched and historical sources as empiritical base of research were elaborated. Historical premises of the development of Land Legislation under the period of Ukrainian revolution 1917-1921 were determined. Features of Land Legislation of every authoritative regimes were analysed and determined. Differenciation of Ukrainian Soviet Land Legislation according to three periods: origin (December 1917 - April 1918), legisation establishment of social base of land regime (November 1918 - August 1919), formation stabilization of Land Legislation of USSR (December 1919 - Marth 1921) were proposed. The results of dissertation research gave the opportunity to make an historical parallel and to display analogies between developments of land law of researched period and modern processes of one type.
