Research object: process of management of economic safety of an enterprise foreign-economic activity in conditions of integration of the domestic industrial complex into the global market; the goal of the work: the further development of theoretical ground and elaboration of the scientific - methodical recommendations for effective management of economic safety of an machine-building enterprise foreign-economic activity; the method of research and device: theoretical generalization, statistical analysis, expert estimations, cluster analysis, correlation and regression analysis, methods of fuzzy logic; theoretical and practical results: definition of concept "economic safety of an enterprise", theoretical approach to management of an enterprise activity economic safety and the appraisal plan for confirmation of managerial decision for launch new foreign market have been improved, аlso differentiation of the groups of the subjects in internal and external environment which are menace constitutors to economic safety of foreign market activity of the machine-building enterprise, as well as methodical approach to complex appraisement of economic safety of the enterprise have received the further development; the practical value of the obtained results consists that their introduction will allow to create the mechanism to control foreign trade activities economic safety on the base of objective appraisement of enterprise economic safety and in consideration of menace constitutors features and high variability of potential partners economic interests; a subject and degree of introduction: the developed concepts are introduced into practical activity of joint-stock companies "Nefteprommash", "Kharkiv plant of the carrying and lifting equipment", "Svitlo Shahtarja" the sphere of use: foreign trade activities of the machine-building enterprises, educational process.
