The thesis is devoted to the research of problems concerning the legal regulation of labour payment in the market crisis conditions; also it gives the suggestions how to overcome these difficulties. Such notions as labour payment, salary, rewards being labour law categories are determined. The balance of these categories are determined from the point of view, how this labour is used. The suggestions giving legal fixing of labour payment principles are grounded.
