The thesis deals with analysis of legal regulation of physicians' labour in condition of market economics.The labour legal relationships of physicians are studied as a component of law of master and servant's subject. The contents and specifics of the physician's labour function are opened on basis of the specificity of the division of labour in medical and physicians' activity. Such questions as the legal status of physician and status of health service institutions as employers.
