In the dissertation on the basis of the historic-legal research political-legal bases of formation and evolution of the constitutional status of Crimean ASSR during 1921-1944 are considered-legal preconditions of formation the Crimean ASSR are analyzed, the role and the place of the first Soviet formations - Republics of Taurida (1918) and Crimean SSR (1919) in creation of administrative-territorial model of an autonomy is defined. Parameters of a legal status Crimean АSSR in the legal system of the Constitution of RSFSR are investigated.
