The features of the labour processual relations, as а subject of law regulation, and the specifics of legal regulation's method were found out in the dissertation, determination of the labour processual relations was formulated. Specific principles of legal regulation of the labour processual relations which are not peculiar to none of the existent fields of the national law are developed. The conclusion about expedience of forming of the separate field of the Labour processual law was done.
