Essay

Pitting and crevice corrosion of non-corrodible steels and alloy is in circulating waters. A research purpose is theoretical and experimental research of influence of chemical composition and constituents of structure of steels and alloy, heat exchangers applied in a production on their corrosive conduct in circulating waters and development of recommendations to industry on a management the parameters of their exploitation depending on maintenance of circulating water. Research methods – electrochemical, chemical, gravimetric, optical and electronic microscopy, and microanalyses. Theoretical and practical results, novelty – high-quality and quantitative conformities to law of influence of chemical composition are Set within the limits of standard and constituents of structure of construction materials on corrosive and electrochemical descriptions in chloride – containing environment. Participation of including is certain on pitting formations non-corrodible steels and alloy depending on composition of model circulating waters. Regressive dependences are developed between the critical temperature of pitting formations of construction materials and constituents of their structure. Job performances are used for warning of pitting and crevice corrosion of material of plates of exchangers in circulating waters on «Kharkov thermal networks», JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «Slavoliya»; JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «Oat-flakes», JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «LINIK» and other. Job performances can be used on the enterprises of different industries of industry, where heat is used, and also at the production of steels 08X18H10, 12X18H10T and alloy 06XH28MДТ, in particular on joint-stock COMPANY «Zaporozhstal'», OJSC «Sickle and hammer», in an educational process at teaching of discipline «Corrosion and corrosion protection».
