The dissertation is devoted to the questions of in-creasing the efficiency of the individualized treatment for patients with the breast cancer taking into account clinical, morphological and molecular-biological predictive factors. It is established that essential influence on a choice of tactics of treatment has a complex of characteristics of a tumor. In definition of predicting characteristics of a tumor, except already existing markers Ki-67 and р53 have a dominant role. The method is developed, investigated and introduced in clinic practice.
