Object of reserch: theoretical, methdological and practical aspects of determination of mortgage property. The purpose of research: define the role of mortgage in crediting system by motivations of mortgage value and develop the recommendations on improvement of estimation process of mortgage property in agrarian enterprises. Methods: inductions, deductions, comparisons, system and complex, economic and mathematical, economy-statistical. Theoretical and practical results: is motivated offers on estimation of mortgage property. Scientific novelty: motivated mechanisms of efficient use of estimation of bank mortgage value in process of crediting. For the first time its elaborated the functional model of mortgage value, it is improved the determination of mortgage as a property, which can be sent in mortgage that does not disagree legislation of the Ukraine and for their own quantitative and qualitative feature satisfies the interests of creditor in case of non-return the debt. Degree of introduction: results of the thesis are introduced in bank institutions. Efficiency: recommendations and offers will promote increasing a quality credit provision. Sphere, area of use: scientific institutions, banks and other credit organizations.
