Ponomarenko I. Statistical analysis of employment of the population of Ukraine: regional aspect

In the thesis the main research results of the theoretical aspects of population employment analysis and improved methodological basis of statistical employment estimation in the regional aspect are stated. The conceptual apparatus required, classifications, methods that set up the methodological basis and tools of the population employment investigation at the level of a separate economic district are improved. Analytical ensuring of the population employment analysis by the economic districts that gives the authorities possibility to solve the problems dealing with social labour processes regulation in any region of the country is formed. Peculiarities of the regional labour markets development in the part of population employment are defined and conceptual scheme of the stages of statistic analysis conducting by economic districts in worked out. The statistic data system of any labour market that permits to estimate the employment situation is improved from a position of the system approach. The methods of multi-dimensional grouping to analyse and estimate the population employment in the regional economic zones are adapted. State and development rating of the population employment in the economic districts on the base of the arithmetical mean prime member is carried out.
