Essay

The synthesis of given phase in Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2 system and producing the ceramic fillers by sol-gel method for stomatological composites. The elaboration of ceramic fillers for stomatological composites in Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2 system. The phase composition and gels and powders structure was studied using IR-spectroscopy, differential-thermal analyses, petrography and X-ray. It has been elaborated the technique of ceramic fillers for the stomatological composites using the sol-gel method. The possibility of use the ceramic fillers in Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2 system in which zirconium dioxide is the roentgen-shading agent has been established. It is thermodynamically and experimentally founded the possibility of filler synthesis in Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2 system during the thermal treatment of heterogeneous gels obtained as result of oxidizing the fine metallic aluminum by ZrO(NO3)2 solution in ethyl silicate hydrolysate. It is studied the behavior of homogeneous gel formation in Al-ZrO(NO3)2-ETS system which is the interdependence of semifabricates of metallic aluminum oxidizing and kinetic parameters of hydrolysis and polycondensation of ethyl silicate.
