Kireytseva E. Organizational mechanism of the leasing landed relations in agriculture

Object of investigation: process of rental land relations improvement in agriculture of Ukraine. Purpose of investigation: theoretically-methodological argumentation of organizing mechanism of rental land relations in agriculture and recommendations treatment concerning its improvement in terms of agrarian reform realization in Ukraine. Scientific methods: abstractly-logical, monographic, graphic, comparison and economic-mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results consist in improvement of organizing-economic mechanism of rental land relations in agriculture of Ukraine. For the first time: agricultural enterprises income value change is proved owing to rent increasing for the land in percentage in order to differential calculation of rent value provided by land lease agreement concluding due to not only normative currency evaluation of land but leaser's profit as well. Improved: organizing mechanism of rental land relations in agriculture resulted by forecasted function strengthening that is allow to prove the rent value for the land per hectare by probable scenarios of branch development; content of a typical lease land agreement according to the sides responsibility for the land using and under the terms of it. Further progress received in: theoretical, methodological and methodical aspects of rental land relations development under the system of organizing mechanism of agricultural enterprises operating; propositions concerning juridical departments forming, attached to the district and village councils to consult rental land issues free of charge that will let to prove better organizing mechanism of rental land relations; clauses of lease land agreement to increase responsibility for its terms inobservance. Introduction rate: proposed by the author of dissertation recommendations were practically realized in the system of agricultural enterprises of different forms of ownership functioning and were used by state control authorities on the branch level. Effectiveness: it will assist to prove rental land relations in agriculture of Ukraine. Sphere, branch of using: agriculture of Ukraine.
