The dissertation work deals with the analysis of urgent theoretical and practical issues of legal regulation of personnel selection mechanism, legal guarantees of social rights and labour rights in personnel selection relationships. The work studies concepts and features of personnel selection relationships, defines their role and place in the subject of Labour Law, and specifies the difference between the personnel selection relationships and the employment relationships. Legal regulation of personnel selection relationshipsis is the subject of analysis. Special consideration is given to the legal forms of personnel selection, as well as the legal guarantees of social and labour rights in personnel selection relationships.
