The work is devoted to effectiveness increase of therapeutic measures in children that often suffer from acute bronchopulmonary diseases alongside with infecting Ch. Pn., by means of using metabolic therapy. The high prevalence of Ch. Pn infection in children who often suffer from acute bronchopulmonary diseases (53.8 %) was defined. It has been proved that acute bronchopulmonary diseases in children infected with Ch. pn. Take place alongside with energy deficiency at mitochondrial level. It has been established that during the first days of acute bronchopulmonary diseases intensive work in immune system is observed in children, which is confirmed by the low level of monocytes and lysosomal cation neutrophils. The inclusion of metabolic therapy with using energy - supplying preparation "coenzyme compozytum" into the complex of treatment and rehabilitation of children who often suffer from acute bronchopulmonary diseases are pathogentic substantiated. It has been proved that using metabolic therapy makes it possibility to increase the effectiveness of treatment of children and calls reducing disease rate and the renewal of energetic potential of immunocompetent energy potential of immunocompetent cells of a child's organism. Key words: bronchopulmonary diseases, mitochondrial level, T - cell component of immune system, macrophage system, monocytes, lysosomal cation neutrophils.
