Semenov V. Symptomatic epilepsy of traumatic genesis (forensic-psychiatric aspect)

Dissertation is devoted to research 120 patients with epilepsy of traumatic gene-sis, which accomplished the criminal acts and ware forensic psychiatry examinated. It is set clinic and dynamic structure of psychical disorders, leading clinical syndromes on a background patients accomplished criminal acts. Found out the low level of social adap-tation of that patients, propensity to abuse of psychoactive matters and such personality features which bother social adaptation. Structure of criminal actions which accomplish patients with traumatic epilepsy is analysed. Found out the high public danger of that patients and the clinical syndromes, in the period of which they accomplish the most heavy criminal actions, are set. By the method of forensic psychiatry analysis of genesis of the public dangerous acts factors which take part in their genesis, their role on the different stages of disease, and legal meaningfulness, are set. It is suggested to conduct the forensic-psychiatry estimation of psychical disorders at that patients taking into ac-count the role of every factor took part in genesis of the crime. Measures are developed on the improvement of prophylaxis of criminal actions of traumatic epilepsy patients on the basis of opening of genesis of the 'actions and use of the resulted formula of poten-tial public danger of patients during realization of prophylactic measures. Grounded leadthrough of prophylaxis of primary criminal actions of that patients and improve-ment of measures of prophylaxis of primary and repeated criminal actions of patients, which are responsible and limitedly responsible.
