Primysheva H. Clinic, currency, therapy of paranoid schizophrenia, associated with stress

Dissertation is devoted to study of peculiarities of clinical picture of the first psychosis, the dynamics of disease at women with paranoid form of schizophrenia, which underwent of the action of stressors before first psychosis (these patients formed general group of investigation). The comparative analysis of these data's between general and control groups (without influence of stressors before the beginning of schizophrenia) of patients was made. Carried out research, give permission to follow the peculiarities of modern symptoms of schizophrenia, character of currency of disease, that very important for the determination of its prognosis. The scientific substantiation of necessity of complex therapy of disease with the goal of more effective treatment of schizophrenia and prevention of there worsening was presented. The results of investigation give permission to improve measures of therapy, increase the effectiveness of pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy and measures of social rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia and plane future prognosis of disease. The main factors and conditions, which make influence on the next currency of disease and determine the prognosis, were studied in dissertative investigation.
