Podorojna T. Legislative definitions: concept, structure, functions.

The Dissertation is dedicated to the legislative definitions, their legal nature, logic-structural conformities to the law, and also features, is carried out in the process of interpretations of law. A legislative definition is given as the special legal phenomenon that comes forward legal expression of different elements of mechanism of the legal adjusting. At consideration of functions of legislative definitions, the special attention applies on that unlike greater part of independent regular and protective orders which are contained in the legislation, legislative definitions, as a rule, directly regulate nothing and does not guard, they are directed on differentiating, distinction and authentication of concepts. The features of legislative definitions and their correlation are analyzed with the norms of law. To separate theoretical development the problem of interpretation of norms of law is added by legislative definitions. It is marked, that legislative definitions is the variety of interpretation which is carried out by a legislator.
