Essay

Dissertation work is directed on creation of theoretical bases of planning of Energy efficiency facade constructions of dwellings buildings on the basis of appli-cation of internal method of warming. The specified method of calculation of distributing of temperature and pres-sure of aquatic steam is developed on the section of build constructions, the analyti-cal method of determination of condensation is offered on-the-spot and in the layer of protections. The computer program, allowing quickly to conduct the analysis of different situations for the choice of effective decisions of facades, is created. The method of calculation of the temperature-humidity mode is developed in the non-load-bearing two-dimensional and three-dimensional systems. On the basis of the developed method of calculation the new methods of the in-ternal warming of non-load-bearing constructions are offered and effective existent structural decisions are exposed. The plan-program of model experimental researches of the offered construction of the internal warming of butt-end outward sthenes of apartment of panel dwelling-house is developed in Kharkov. The measurings devices of new generation and of-fered new construction of sensor are applied for determination of condensation. Model experimental researches, including measurings of temperature on the internal surface of heat-insulated butt-end sthenes of apartment in different moments of time, are conducted, determination of temperature on the surfaces of contact of leca-concrete wall and warming, temperatures of air in rooms, determination of change relative humidity of air on-the-spot contact and presence of condensation on this sur-face. Condensation for three-year period of research was not observed. The protracted research of the state of the temperature- humidity mode of heat-insulated facade constructions rotined reliability of the developed decision.
