Lukianenko L. Service restoration of the disconnected consumers in the distribution electrical networks

The object of research: distribution electrical networks. The purpose of research: development of new methods and means which will provide performance of the automated search of the best ways service restoration (SR) of the disconnected consumers in distributive electrical networks in conditions of operative management networks. Methods of research: Methods of calculation of the steady-state modes of electric circuits; methods of nonlinear mathematical programming; methods and means of an artificial intellect (genetic algorithms). Theoretical and practical results and innovations: the first time it is generated integrated "the quality performance" of variants of SR, it is developed new method of the decision of problem SR witch allowed to find global optimum of the this problem and it is offered criterion of an estimation of efficiency of functioning of means SR; іt is created model of genetic algorithms for search of variants SR, it is developed specialized software of search of optimum ways SR. A subject and degree of the application: results are application in pre-production operation in the “Poltavaoblenergo”and in educational process in NTUU “KPI”. Effectiveness of implantation: increase of a management efficiency distributive networks. The sphere of application: the dispatching centers of distributive networks.
