Shishova O. Business-planning in the adaptive conditions of agricultural enterprises of a market economy

Dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and practical issues of business-planning in the conditions of adaptation of agricultural enterprises in conditions of market economy. Theoretical-methodological basis and socio-economic conditions of business-planning formation proved. The state of business-planning at market relations development stage in agricultural enterprises was estimated. The ways of strategic planning in terms of disturbed non-equivalent exchange between spheres of APC, were improved. At basis of theoretical-methodological analysis of business-planning put conceptual issues and world's experience of modern planning. It was investigated that in an implementation system of adaptation decisions the business-planning comes out as a key functional element, which is revealed by means of system formation of business-processes, that ensure vital activities of enterprise and is reflected by content of environmental influence of its functioning.
