Essay

The dissertation is devoted to reduce costs in the implementation of the railway networks of radio technology standard GSM-R, through the use of frequency and spatial planning, which allows optimal criterion for the lowest cost network configuration, providing the specified quality parameters. To achieve the goal of the developed method of determining the optimal criterion for minimum cost, site of the base stations, which is based the principles of genetic algorithm, and can accommodate increased requirements for reliability of the railway networks of radio technology. Also in the developed method for the formation of groups of frequency assignments to cellular networks GSM-R, which reduces the number of frequency channels, while ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility. The results of simulation, reducing costs for the introduction of network GSM-R, developed through the use of frequency and spatial planning, an average of 9.3%.
