Gerasymenko A. Total endoprosthesis of the hip joint in patients with ankylosing spondylitis

Research object is the staggered of the hip joint at patients by an with ankylosing spondylitis with the II and III stage of disease. Purpose - to improve the results of total hip joint endoprosthesing at patients by an ankylosing spondylitis, by development of the differentiated approach to the choice of method of fixing of components of endoprosthesis and improvement of method of operation. Research methods is clinical-laboratory, roentgenologic, ultrasonic osteodensytometryc, immunologic and cultural, statistical. The indexes of osteogenic activity of bone marrow stroma of bones of cotyle and interspit region of thigh-bone are studied at patients by an ankylosing spondylitis by the method of cloning of in vitro mews of predecessors of marrow, that gave to find out possibility indexes of functional ability of different areas of bones to re design. On the basis of study of closeness of bone fabric at patients by an ankylosing spondylitis by the method of ultrasonic osteodensitometry and findings of osteogenic activity of bone marrow stroma in bones which form a hip joint, comparison of these indexes is conducted and found out evidential correlation clear mathematically as inversely proportional dependence. Mathematical equalization which allows yet to operation to expect the credible value of indexes of osteogenic activity of bone marrow stroma of method of osteodensitometric is got, that, in same queue, gives possibility objectively to estimate the state of bone fabric of bones which form a hip joint, and differentiated to walk up to the typeselection fixing of components of total hip joint endoprosthesis. Due to development of new original construction of surgical tool and special device improved technology of total hip joint endoprosthesis.
