Tagiev S. Responsibilities of physical persons in the sphere of environmental protection

The thesis deals with the analysis of vital problems of legal ensuring of ecological responsibilities of physical persons and their realization in the process of general and special nature management and economical activity which makes an anthropogenic impact on the environment. The research analyzes the basic legal notions which are related to the ecological responsibilities of physical persons and studies the evolution of legal regulations of responsibilities of physical persons in this sphere on the territory of Ukraine. The notion of mechanism of realization of ecological responsibilities of physical persons has been analyzed as well as the main factors which influence the legal regulation of this mechanism including the basic forms and securities of realization of responsibilities of physical persons in the sphere of environmental protection. The measures of reaction to the violation of ecological responsibilities by physical persons have been described. A number of propositions connected with the improvement of the legislation dealing with the realization of ecological responsibilities of physical persons have been justified.
