Kyrychenko I. Prevention of crimes in the sphere of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products turnover

The dissertation is dedicated to actual problems of criminological characteristics of the prevention of crimes in the sphere of turnover of the excise goods, in particular alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. Social and legal nature of crimes in the sphere of turnover of the specified excise goods is analyzed in this work. The bases of criminalization of these illegal acts, which are committed in sphere of turnover of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, and criminal and legal features of these crimes (articles 204, 216 Criminal Code of Ukraine) are also given in the dissertation. Criminological characteristic of crimes, which are committed in the sphere of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products turnover, and characteristic of criminals, who commit such crimes, also are given. The system of social and general and special criminological measures of crimes prevention is researched in this work.
