The thesis is a complex scientific research of matters of criminal legal protection of spheres of life-support regarding functioning objects of electric power industry and communication. Historical sources and genesis of the criminal legal rules aimed to protection of electric power industry and communication objects in Ukraine are found out, their criminal legal and comparative legal analysis with the appropriate norms of the criminal legislation of other countries is carried out.
