This research is a complex theoretical development of criminal-legal facilities of affect on narcodependent persons who committed the crimes. The essence of criminal-legal facilities of influence among which most attention is paid to the criminal responsibility, punishment of narcodependent persons who committed the crimes is considered. For the first time the notion of narcodependent person is determined and its complex characteristic which should be considered in punishment of these persons.
