Khudoliy O. Non-state pension insurance and perspectives of its introduction into the agrarian sector

Object of research: financial relations on formation and use of assets of not state pension funds for a provision of pensions of citizens of Ukraine. Research objective: research of theoretical and practical aspects of activity of system of not state pension insurance and working out of methodical recommendations about its introduction in agrarian sector of economy. Methods: a dialectic method of knowledge; methods of the statistical analysis; groupings, relative and averages; the graphic; the monographic. Theoretical and practical results: The theoretical approaches to the determination of essence of the notion “pension insurance” and “pension providing” have been generalized; their interrelationship and interdependence has been established. The aspects of formation and development of the pension system in Ukraine and in the world, the place of non-state pension insurance in the above mentioned systems have been researched. The market subjects operation of the non-state pension insurance market in Ukraine has been analyzed and the main directions of its development have been ascertained. The non-state pension funds from the point of their reliability and effective activity have been estimated. The peculiarities of the agrarian sector as for introduction of accumulative pension insurance have been stated. The introduction of the accumulative pension insurance on the basis of professional pension diagrams in an agrarian sector have been proposed. A model of the professional system of accumulative pension providing in the agrarian sector and the ways of the use of pension assets of this system has been developed. Scientific novelty: a substantiation and working out of methodical positions on introduction of system of memory pension insurance in agrarian sector. Introduction degree: results of research are used by Senior management of agroindustrial development of Lugansk area, Slovjanoserbsky regional state administration, Management of the Pension fund of Ukraine to Sverdlovsk Lugansk area, in educational process of Lugansk national agrarian university. Efficiency: introduction of the offered actions will allow to create additional system of a provision of pensions of rural citizens on the basis of individual accumulation and to prevent withdrawal of financial resources from agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine.
