Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigations of interactions of initial and modified adsorbents with water and biomacromolecules. It was determine that initial nanosilica and its modified forms can strongly affect bioactivity of microorganisms. It was established that modified nanosilica has reduced hemolytic activity with respect to red blood cells in contact to initial nanosilica and strongly affects bioactivity of microorganisms. It was shown that contribution of weakly associated water increases with the presence of adsorbed methane. At the first time it was determined quantitative characteristics of strongly and weakly associated water bound to a surface of adsorbents with different functional groups.
