Object - changes of liver of 121 rats under the pesticide 2,4D (P), and the correction by glutargin (G). Reactive, alterative and compensatory adaptation processes were established under the influence of P. The manifestations of adaptation processes failure were defined since the 30-th day. Simultaneous intragastric introduction of G and P had a positive effect, but it didn't reach the completion. Positive effects of G have been determined as well as defects of its intragastric and intra-abdominal introduction. Branch-medicine.
