Bogutskiy P. Military law in Ukrainian system of law

The dissertation is the theoretical law research of complex branch of jurisprudence-military law. Conception of military law is based on institutional and functional description of Ukrainian law system and its components; the branch of law is the main of them. The branches of law were analyzed with the determination their private-public and material-procedure nature. The author made the deduction that legal regime is the basis of essential indications of branches of law. Legal regime combines the subject, method and purpose of law regulation. The purpose of law regulation is the compulsory element of legal regime. Military law having its own system of legal sources forms as the complex branch of law because of peculiarity of legal regime. Military law is affected by public branches of law.
