In dissertation it is worked out theoretical, methodical and practical principles of the saving and credit system organization. We defined the term "saving and credit system" and its main specific features. We also improved the methodical approach concerning the definition of the institutional structure of saving and credit system. It is also grounded and offered the methodical approach to the evaluation of the saving and credit system. It is detailed the significance of savings and credit system in the structure of innovative activities financial provision. It is worked out the correlative and regressive model of its factors influence on the volume of term deposits of private persons in the nationals currency. Thus it is worked out the model of saving and credit system formation, it is also defined its legal and economic directions
