Essay

In the thesis the package of theoretical and practical issues of imposition of punishment to juveniles according to the criminal law of Ukraine has been submitted for all-round consideration. The history of legal regulations development of juvenile punishment, the documents of foreign legislation and the contemporary foreign countries legislation have been analyzed. Special attention has been made to the tendency of Ukrainian courts of law to impose generally imprisonment to juveniles.
