The thesis researches contain comprehensive studies of the criminal responsibility of the law enforcement workers for the abuse of power or official position. The juridical analysis of the corpus delicti (part 3 article 364 of Criminal Code of Ukraine) is done by the author, it is distinguished from adjacent corpus delict the legislation improvement recommendations regarding of the criminal responsibility of the law enforcement officials are formulated in the thesis.
