Essay

The dissertation is devoted questions regulation of physicomechanical properties of foam concrete at the expense of change character distributions of a firm component. On the basis of the analysis of structurization of foam concrete and formation of system "foam concrete" the hypothesis that at a constant parity of firm and gas phases properties of foam concrete are defined by character of distributions of a firm component is put forward. Durability foam concrete characteristics (at a constant parity of a firm and gas phase) are substantially defined initial reological by characteristics of environment in which there is a formation of structure of foam concrete have been drawn as a result of realization of a series of experiments conclusions. It is reflected in character of structure of the hardened foam concrete and is acknowledgement of the stated hypothesis on influence of character distributions of a firm component on physicomechanical properties of foam concrete. Production schedules, offers and ways of management by structure are developed and properties of foam concrete unautoclave hardening are planned.
