Method of rating evaluation of innovations is developed by means of ranking the expert evaluations according to various scales. Method of measuring the consumer effect is developed, it allows to carry out the quantitative evaluation of innovations by means of analyzing the consumer behaviour as a reaction upon the introduction of an innovation; it also allows to classify innovations and maintain the efficient innovational policy.
