Essay

The dissertation research provides the methodological analysis of management as a scienceand an activity. For this purpose we applied the conseption of reconstruction of science according to historic types of scientific rationalitiy by V. S. Stepin. We confirmed that three periods of development of science (classical, nonclassical and postnonclassical) are related to management as a science. The modern period of management as a science is postnonclassical one. It means that postnonclassical methodology is to be applied to modern management, first of all, synergetic one as the most developed one. Following transdisciplinarity of synergetic approach we transferred effective model "synergetic & education" (by V. Budanov) into "synergetic & management": synergetic in, synergetic for and synergetic of management. Besides of synergetic ones, we presumed that other postnonclassical strategies might be effective. We consider that there are change management and crisis management, corporate learning (self-learning organizations) and practice emotional leadership. Also the dissertation analyses the methodological potential of habitus conception in the field of change management. This conception could be effective in solving the problem of resistance to changes. Habitus conception allows not only to explain but also to predict key points during organizational changes that increases probability of their successful execution. Modern postnonclassical strategies should be based on common values and common goals of all subjects of management. It follows from the postnonclassical character of modern management.
