Economic essence, maintenance, terms, factors and principles of forming and development of integration activity of agrarian enterprises are defined in dissertation work. Organizing and economical mechanism of its realization, methodical principles of estimation of efficiency are grounded. The detailed analysis of efficiency of functioning of agricultural enterprises of region is done, the degree of development of integration processes, specifically at the level of farmer economies are defined. The basic problems and tendencies of realization of integration activity are defined. Dissertation includes basic directions of improvement of functioning of integrated agricultural enterprises, specifically on the basis of improvement of the financial and credit providing, activation of investment-innovative activity, measures of state support of competitiveness of the integrated agroindustrial enterprises.
