Mamalyuk O. Economic Mechanism of Rational Use and Protection of Land Resources of Agrarian Enterprises

The subject of research: action of economic mechanism of land-tenure of agrarian enterprises. The aim of research: deepening of theoretical and methodical principles and ground of practical directions of perfection of economic mechanism of the rational use and guard of the of the land resources in the enterprises of agrarian sector. Methods of research: monographic, abstractly logical, hypotheses, cross-correlation regressive, formalizations, specifications. Theoretical and practical results: the system of economic regulators and instruments, directed on encouragement of producers to rational land use have been grounded in a theoretical plan, in a practical plan the methods of determining the optimum sizes of rent the agricultural lands and size economic stimulation and economic approvals of land use have been improved. Innovation: the system of effective economic stimuli in relation to the rational use and guard of earths in the landed taxation have been scientifically grounded; method of determining of market rent for a 1 hectare of earth and method of ecological estimation of the land resources have been improved; constituents of economic mechanism of the rational use of agricultural lands have been grounded. Degree of innovation: the results have been accepted for application by Chief Administration of agroindustrial development in Mykolaiv Region, department of Statekomland in Novoodeskomu district of the Mikolaiv. Sphere of the application: Agrarian Economics and Agro-Industrial Complex.
